How It Works
Step 1
Ordering Details
Custom candle labels are available for purchase in cases of 12. Each case costs $156.00, equating to $13.00 per candle, with a suggested retail price of $22.00–$25.00. Customers can select up to two scents per case, with six candles per scent. Candles are shipped packed in a case and are not individually boxed.
Step 2
Submission Requirements
To place an order, customers must email the text for the label, the "infused with" text, the company logo if desired, and up to two scent selections to info@maliciouswomenco.com.
Step 3
Proof and Production Timeline
After submission, proofs will be sent within three business days. Revisions, if needed, require an additional three business days. Once proofs are approved, labels will go to print and the order will be shipped within three business days. All candles will include standard scent lid labels.
Step 4
Shipping Information
If custom candles are ordered alongside Malicious Women candles, they will be shipped together. Orders larger than three cases may be split into multiple boxes to prevent breakage or damage during transit.

After designs have been approved we do not allow modifications to the design. DYO candles are not eligible for return/refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
In light of the unjust ruling by the Supreme Court, I have made the decision to no longer create custom candles featuring words or phrases that contradict my personal beliefs. The Ultra conservative agenda, which promotes discrimination rather than peace and equality, is something I vehemently reject.
Henceforth, my candle creations will reflect my unwavering commitment to principles such as justice, inclusivity, and fairness. I believe in fostering an atmosphere of harmony and equality, where every individual is valued and respected, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.
By taking this stance, I aim to contribute to a world that embraces diversity and champions the rights and well-being of all. I am dedicated to promoting understanding, empathy, and unity through my candle designs, which will align with my core values and serve as a symbol of solidarity for those who share my vision of a more just and inclusive society.

RETURNS: Once the label goes to print, no refunds, changes or exchanges are offered on custom candles.
LABELS: Custom labels are professionally printed on matt labels. Note the design is slightly different than our regular candle labels.

Please note, we cannot put trademarked words or quotes in the design. In the event an order can't be made for any reason, MWC will try and help you rephrase your candle or issue a full refund + any shipping charges that were paid.
