We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This policy excludes damaged product. All damaged product (shipping, leak, etc.) will be replaced at the expense of Malicious Women Candle Co.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must have their foam protector or be wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. This ensures no damage occurs to the candles during the return shipment.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
NOTE: If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING, and you wish to return a portion of the shipment, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. This ensures that our partners are not over-ordering to earn free shipping with the intention of returning over-ordered candles for a refund.
****NOTE****Any item not in its original condition/ wholesale packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment..
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If for some crazy reason you are not happy with your product for any reason, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Please explain what you are not happy with so we may investigate the issue. You may return items for exchange to the below address.
The shipping costs associated with returning the product to Malicious Women Candle Co are the buyers responsibility. The Malicious Women will cover the shipping costs of shipping replacement candles once the returned items have been received.
